Vail Resorts Shareholder Calls for Firing of CEO

Late Apex Partners (LAP), an investment firm with a stake in Vail Resorts, issued a letter on January 27, 2025 calling for the resignation of the company's CEO, Kirsten Lynch.The letter, addressed to Vail Resorts’ board of directors, called the company’s performance in the last five years “unacceptable.” LAP claimed Vail Resorts’ capital allocation was “incoherent,” and that the company had “mismanaged” its balance sheet.LAP also ad
