Snowboarder Saved After Two Nights in the Freezing Cold

After spending two nights alone in the cold, a 35-year-old snowboarder was rescued from the backcountry near Mountain High Resort, California, according to local authorities and news reports.Malachi Luis Garcia, who was snowboarding with his friends, took a wrong turn and became lost roughly four miles outside the ski resort, KCAL News reports. Before his rescue, he was last seen on Sunday, January 26.
