Skier Dies in Accident at Popular Canadian Ski Area

A man passed away while skiing in Rossland, BC on Friday, March 7, 2025.According to a social media post a 'tragic incident' occurred in bounds at RED Mountain Resort that resulted in the death of a young man.Out of privacy and respect for the man's family, the resort has not released further information on the skier. They are working directly with the Royal Canadian Mountain Police office and will release additional information as its available. RED Mountain Resort extended their gratitude
