Ski Resort Selling Iconic Chairs With Proceeds Going To A Great Cause

This past season, Mt. Bachelor, Oregon's iconic Skyliner Express, was frequently idle due to technical difficulties.Now, Mt. Bachelor plans to replace the aging chairlift with a new detachable six-seater -- the first of its kind for the Oregonian resort. As part of the replacement process, the resort is auctioning off the old Skyliner chairs to raise funds for charity. See Mt.
