Oregon's Largest Ski Resort Celebrates Earliest Summit Opening in 10 Years

At 1pm on Tuesday December 10, 2024, Mt. Bachelor announced that they had opened the Summit lift for the first time this season. It’s the earliest Oregon's largest ski resort has been able to open Summit in a decade.
Passholders (me, it’s me!) rejoiced at the announcement as Summit expands Mt. Bachelor’s available terrain by a pretty big margin.
