It’s an odd sight, to be sure.Bourbon Street, a cultural epicenter and party mecca in New Orleans, Louisiana, unsurprisingly, isn’t famous for its skiing—until now.Amidst a rare winter storm that deposited snow across the Deep South this week, one skier was spotted skiing down Bourbon Street, as chronicled in a video from WVUE.“Who needs Vail Resorts?” the skier, who’s wearing a brightly colored one-piece, yells. “We can do this in NOLA!”
