Kiwi Ski Area Reopens With Icy Glaze Following Hazardous Blizzard

We reported that Mt. Hutt Ski Area was closed yesterday, July 24th due to a hazardous blizzard that dumped more than 20 inches of snow up high and heaps of rain down low.The ski area was able to reopen today (July 25th), but the mountain was certainly covered with a layer of ice that made the snowpack feel "solid". Check out the photos below:Full caption from Mt.
