California's Bear Valley Resort Has Been Sold

California's Bear Valley Resort has been sold to California Mountain Resort Company, according to a press release obtained by POWDER. The announcement comes on the heels of a record-breaking season which saw a whopping 668 inches of snowfall. California Mountain Resort Company also owns and operates Mountain High, China Peak, and Dodge Ridge in California.
