Padres select SS Allen Cordoba from Cardinals with third pick of 2016 Rule 5 Draft

In addition to trading for the first two players selected in the Rule 5 Draft, the Padres also used a pick of their own to select shortstop Allen Cordoba from the Cardinals organization.
