Bill Walton, N.B.A. Hall of Famer and Broadcasting Star, Dies at 71

A dominant, colorful center when he wasn’t injured, he won championships in high school, at U.C.L.A. and with the Trail Blazers and the Celtics before becoming a TV commentator.
