Ravens sign Steelers free agent target

The Pro Bowl defensive back has only played in 14 games over the last two seasons due to respective injuries, which led to the Packers deciding to part ways with him. There was speculation that the Steelers could be interested in signing Alexander, but they will no longer have the chance to do so.
