PITTSBURGH — An impromptu sign was made with duct tape outside the visiting manager’s office at PNC Park. Dusty Wathan, the 52-year-old former Phillies third base coach turned bench coach and now manager for a day, has another title courtesy of hitting coach Kevin Long.
