Watson meeting with NFL in Texas, source says

Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson began meeting with the NFL on Tuesday as the league seeks to determine if he violated the personal conduct policy and, if so, whether discipline should be imposed, a source told ESPN's Ed Werder.
