Steelers sign kicker Chris Boswell, cut Josh Scobee

The Pittsburgh Steelers signed kicker Chris Boswell after veteran Josh Scobee missed two field goals in the team's overtime loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night. Scobee was cut by the team.
