Sources: Raiders to trade G Osemele to Jets

The Jets got an early start on upgrading their offensive line Sunday by agreeing in principle to acquire left guard Kelechi Osemele in a trade with the Raiders, sources told ESPN's Josina Anderson and Adam Schefter.
