Sources: Fins add OT Fisher; OT Jackson to IR

The Dolphins are signing former No. 1 overall pick Eric Fisher and, in a corresponding move, placing starting right tackle Austin Jackson on injured reserve, league sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
