Sources: Falcons trade for Hurst as Hooper fill-in

The Falcons have traded for Ravens tight end Hayden Hurst, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter, sending second- and fifth-round picks to Baltimore for Hurst and a fourth-round selection.
