Sources: 49ers hopeful Garoppolo plays Week 18

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo is doubtful for Sunday's home game against the Texans, but sources told ESPN the team is optimistic he'll return for the Jan. 9 regular-season finale.
