Source: Titans to activate Julio (hammy) from IR

The Titans plan to activate wide receiver Julio Jones from IR on Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against the Jags, a source confirmed to ESPN. Jones has battled a hamstring injury for most of the season and last played in Week 9.
