Source: Shipley latest Eagles RB likely to miss time, has plantar fascia tear

Eagles running back Will Shipley suffered a partial tear of his plantar fascia during Sunday's loss to the Jaguars that now could sideline him multiple weeks, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Monday.
