Source: Pats' Jackson signs tender after breakout

Patriots cornerback J.C. Jackson has signed his second-round restricted free-agent tender, a source told ESPN's Mike Reiss. Jackson, who was second in the NFL with nine interceptions last year, will make $3.38 million next season.
