Source: Initial tests show Fields' ribs not broken

Bears rookie QB Justin Fields was forced from Sunday's game against Baltimore with an injury to his ribs. Initial tests did not reveal any broken ribs, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter, but Fields will undergo further tests Monday.
