Source: Handling of Parker injury to be reviewed

The NFL Players Association has initiated an inquiry into why Monday night's game wasn't stopped when Patriots wide receiver DeVante Parker showed concussion symptoms, a source told ESPN's Dan Graziano on Tuesday.
