Source: Bills, Harty agree to 2-yr, $13.5M deal

The Buffalo Bills and former New Orleans Saints WR and returner Deonte Harty have agreed to a two-year deal with a max value of $13.5 million with $5 million guaranteed, a source tells ESPN's Adam Schefter.
