Shanahan: QB plan hinges on Garoppolo health

Following Trey Lance's second start at QB -- and his first win -- coach Kyle Shanahan said the 49ers won't hesitate to use the rookie as they chase a playoff berth in the final week but that the start will go to Jimmy Garoppolo if he can play.
