Sammy Watkins unsure he'll be healthy for camp

Sammy Watkins hopes to get his walking boot off Thursday after undergoing offseason foot surgery. The Buffalo Bills' receiver said he's not sure if he'll participate in training camp this summer, but plans to be ready for Week 1.
