Saints' Sanders, Thomas out against Panthers

Saints receiver Emmanuel Sanders will miss Sunday's game against the Panthers after testing positive for COVID-19, coach Sean Payton said Friday. Receiver Michael Thomas has been ruled out due to a hamstring injury.
