Saints hire Rizzi, overhaul special-teams staff

Saints coach Sean Payton says he has hired Darren Rizzi as special-teams coordinator, moving on from the team's trio of special-teams coaches -- veteran Mike Westhoff, Bradford Banta and Kevin O'Dea.
