Rivera on rescinding Josh Norman's tag: I'll trust GM

The Carolina Panthers' rescinding of Josh Norman's franchise tag leaves the team in a bind at cornerback. Coach Ron Rivera, however, said he trusts the decision made by GM Dave Gettleman.
