Ravens forfeit week of OTAs, fined for violations

The NFL and the Ravens announced Thursday that the team will forfeit one week of OTA sessions and both the organization and coach John Harbaugh have been fined for violating the Collective Bargaining Agreement for a violation of offseason work rules.
