Rams' Cooks out; Matthews on track to return

Rams receiver Brandin Cooks has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Steelers as he remains in concussion protocol. Outside linebacker Clay Matthews, sidelined since breaking his jaw in Week 5, is on track to return.
