Raiders waive OL Leatherwood, trade CB Mullen

Las Vegas Raiders have waived 2021 first-round draft pick Alex Leatherwood and trade 2019 second-round pick Trayvon Mullen to the Arizona Cardinals for a 2023 conditional seventh-round pick that could become a sixth-round pick.
