Raiders place WR Williams on season-ending IR

The Raiders placed receiver Tyrell Williams on season-ending injured reserve on Tuesday due to a shoulder injury. A source told ESPN's Adam Schefter that Williams will have surgery on the shoulder that will sideline him six months.
