Raiders' McCoy, on IR, violates substance policy

Raiders defensive tackle Gerald McCoy, who already had been ruled out for the season with a knee injury, has been suspended six games for what he said was "an honest mistake" by taking a prescribed banned substance to help with a previous injury.
