QBs Mayfield, Jackson on CFL negotiation list

If Baker Mayfield or Lamar Jackson ever wants to play in the Canadian Football League, their negotiating rights belong to the Toronto Argonauts and British Columbia Lions, respectively, the league said Tuesday.
