Pats' Hoyer exits with head injury, Zappe enters

Rookie Bailey Zappe, the fourth-round pick out of Western Kentucky, took over for Brian Hoyer, who was hurt on a sack by Rashan Gary in the opening quarter against the Packers on Sunday.
