Muhammad Wilkerson to receive Jets' franchise tag

NFL Media's Kimberly Jones reported Monday that the Jets will place their franchise tag on Muhammad Wilkerson by Tuesday's 4 p.m. ET deadline, according to someone with knowledge of team's plans.
