Miami's McCain ejected for punching Amendola

Miami cornerback Bobby McCain -- who had already picked off Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and earned two tackles -- will miss the rest of the Dolphins-Patriots game after he threw a punch at Patriots receiver Danny Amendola.
