Manziel expected to be Tiger-Cats' backup QB

Hamilton Tiger-Cats coach June Jones said Wednesday that QB Jeremiah Masoli is the CFL team's starter, making Johnny Manziel a backup. Manziel is one of five QBs in the Tiger-Cats' training camp.
