Lions LB DeAndre Levy to undergo hip surgery

Detroit Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy will undergo hip surgery. The tackling machine has appeared in just one game while battling the injury. Detroit has yet to decide whether to end Levy's season by placing him on IR.
