Lamar day-to-day; Ravens add QB as insurance

Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday that Lamar Jackson is day-to-day with his sprained ankle and Baltimore signed veteran quarterback Josh Johnson as backup insurance in case the star QB can't play.
