Jeff Fisher: Goal is for Jared Goff start opening night

The Los Angeles Rams didn't trade up to the No. 1 pick to see quarterback Jared Goff learn the ropes this season. Coach Jeff Fisher says the plan is for Goff to be the team's Week 1 starter.
