Hoyer 'ready' as Brady deals with hand injury

Although a source says Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's injured throwing hand "should be OK" for Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Jaguars, backup Brian Hoyer is preparing to be ready in a pinch.
