Gettleman mum on Panthers' plans to tag Josh Norman

Josh Norman is set to become a free agent, unless the Panthers lock down the corner with a long-term deal or use the franchise tag. Carolina GM Dave Gettleman wasn't revealing his plans Tuesday.
