Falcons cut Allen, Bailey for salary-cap savings

The Falcons have released starting cornerback Ricardo Allen, who had 11 career interceptions in six seasons with Atlanta, and veteran defensive end Allen Bailey in a move that saves $10.75 million against the salary cap.
