Colts fire Chuck Pagano after 4-12 season

The Indianapolis Colts fired coach Chuck Pagano after three seasons of missing the playoffs. Pagano led the Colts to the 2014 AFCtitle game, but after that, his fortunes fell with injuries to quarterback Andrew Luck.
