Bucs WR Godwin, LT Smith likely out vs. Saints

After Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin and left tackle Donovan Smith both did not practice this week, coach Todd Bowles says it is unlikely Godwin will play against the Saints on Sunday and that Smith faces tough odds.
