Bucs rule DT McCoy, LB David out vs. Falcons

The Buccaneers will officially be without defensive tackle Gerald McCoy, linebacker Lavonte David and cornerback Vernon Hargreaves Monday night against the Falcons, head coach Dirk Koetter confirmed.
