Bucs interview OC Dirk Koetter for head coaching job

The Tampa Bay Buccaneer interviewed offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter for their head coaching position Tuesday. Koetter is the favorite to the land the job after his work with Jameis Winston in 2015.
