Browns reach deals with OT Conklin, QB Keenum

Offensive tackle Jack Conklin agreed to a three-year, $42 million deal with the Browns that includes $30 million fully guaranteed, his agent told ESPN's Adam Schefter. Cleveland also reached agreement with former Redskins QB Case Keenum, a source said.
